1. General Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

This document governs the contractual relationship between you and your guests. It is tailored for sales via GoPay and accommodation services.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Article II \u2013 Reservation and Conclusion of Contract<\/h3>\n

    Service bookings are made via the online booking system on the website, by email, or by telephone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    The accommodation agreement is considered to have been concluded at the moment the booking confirmation is delivered by the provider to the requester's email address.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    When booking online, the party making the reservation is obliged to pay the price of the stay (or an agreed portion thereof) in accordance with the payment terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Article III. \u2013 Pricing and Payment Conditions (GoPay)<\/h3>\n

      Accommodation prices are stated inclusive of VAT at the statutory rate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

    3. \n

      Payment flow<\/b> After submitting the booking, the customer is redirected to the GoPay secure interface. The provider (ProPodlahy, s.r.o.) does not have access to the customer's sensitive payment details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Payment is considered settled at the moment of confirmation of a successful transaction by the GoPay system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Article IV. \u2013 Cancellation Policy and Refunds<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. \n

        The customer has the right to cancel the reservation without penalty at the latest 7<\/strong>\u00a0days before the planned start date<\/b> for accommodation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2. \n

        In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start date, or in the case of a no-show, the provider is entitled to a cancellation fee of 100 % of the accommodation price (unless otherwise stated in a specific offer).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        Refund<\/b> If a refund is due, the provider will return the money in the same way the payment was received (via GoPay), no later than 14 days from the confirmation of cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Article V. \u2013 Accommodation Conditions<\/h3>\n

          Check-in:<\/b> Accommodation is possible from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
