This document governs the contractual relationship between you and your guests. It is tailored for sales via GoPay and accommodation services.

Service bookings are made via the online booking system on the website, by email, or by telephone.
The accommodation agreement is considered to have been concluded at the moment the booking confirmation is delivered by the provider to the requester's email address.
When booking online, the party making the reservation is obliged to pay the price of the stay (or an agreed portion thereof) in accordance with the payment terms.
Accommodation prices are stated inclusive of VAT at the statutory rate.

Payment flow After submitting the booking, the customer is redirected to the GoPay secure interface. The provider (ProPodlahy, s.r.o.) does not have access to the customer's sensitive payment details.
Payment is considered settled at the moment of confirmation of a successful transaction by the GoPay system.
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation without penalty at the latest 7 days before the planned start date for accommodation.
In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start date, or in the case of a no-show, the provider is entitled to a cancellation fee of 100 % of the accommodation price (unless otherwise stated in a specific offer).
Refund If a refund is due, the provider will return the money in the same way the payment was received (via GoPay), no later than 14 days from the confirmation of cancellation.
Check-in: Accommodation is possible from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
